Practical guidance for participating in Harbor experiences.

Participate in official Harbor sessions
Attend sessions you booked through Harbor and follow any instructions shared by Harbor for that experience. Do not treat informal meet-ups arranged outside Harbor as official sessions.
Follow venue rules and local laws
Respect venue policies, staff directions, and applicable local laws. Use personal judgment about your comfort and safety throughout the experience.
Report concerns
If something feels wrong during or after a session, report it promptly to team.harbor.live@gmail.com or via our Report an Issue page. Include what happened and how we can reach you.
Emergencies
In an emergency, contact local emergency services first. Notify Harbor when it is safe and possible to do so.
No safety guarantee
Harbor takes reasonable steps to curate experiences and respond to reports, but cannot guarantee your physical safety or the behaviour of every participant. You remain responsible for your own choices and awareness.
