Eligibility

Harbor is 18+ only. By using Harbor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Your account and information

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date where possible.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for participating in Harbor sessions in a respectful and lawful way.

Community standards

You agree to follow Harbor’s Community Guidelines and Safety Guidelines. Harbor may warn, suspend, or permanently remove users who violate these rules or these Terms.

What Harbor provides

Harbor is an experience and community platform for discovering and booking small curated real-world experiences.

Harbor is not a dating platform and is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or a mental-health treatment service.

Harbor does not guarantee friendships, relationships, compatibility, or any specific social outcome.

Harbor’s discretion

Harbor may refuse service, limit access, suspend, or remove accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, community standards, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Limitations of responsibility

Harbor facilitates discovery and booking of experiences. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Harbor is not responsible for personal disputes between participants, transport arrangements you make on your own, loss of personal property, individual participant behaviour outside official Harbor sessions, or events beyond Harbor’s reasonable operational control.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
